Most of us are stymied by stress and would love to learn effective methods to renew our energy. Coaching will help.
Together we will design a customized plan for you. This may include personalized lessons and guidance in yoga postures, yoga nidra relaxation, meditation, personalized guided imagery, visualization and relaxation, and wellness strategies.
For most, it is hard to make time to develop a practical plan and to put it into action. Others can keep to their plan, but only for a while, and then they slip back into old habits. Having information and support from someone else often makes all the difference.
Private lessons on zoom, email, and phone consultations are all options.

You’re invited! Please come to our annual Holiday Rescue for Relaxation and Renewal on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 7 pm at the JCS Pavilion located at 5361 S. Milford Rd., Milford, OH
flexibility, add strength, and relieve stress. Focus is on opening, balancing and strengthening the body/mind/spirit connection through yoga and meditation. Mindful stretching, focused breathing and yoga nidra (guided relaxation) are combined to create a relaxed, secure atmosphere that is contemplative, challenging and fun. Alignment is emphasized to feel steady, supple and strong.



Mudras are yoga positions for your hands and fingers that facilitate health, healing, psychological balance and spiritual transformation. They are effective and easy to learn, practical and powerful and anyone can do them. You will learn how to apply these simple exercises to boost your energy, prevent illness and support healing.
