Online Yoga Nidra Class – At home! An audio of the class is provided to you at no extra charge. Yoga Nidra is yoga sleep. It can totally relax and put your physical, mental, and emotional stress to rest. It’s practiced either lying down or in a comfy chair. No other yoga postures. Scroll down to register.

The free Zoom Platform is used to be able to see one another and practice together. It’s easy. You’ll get tips on using it upon registration.

Fees are on a sliding scale. Preregister and pay for all classes in the month (4 classes in October for $44). Or pay for single classes on a sliding scale ($15 suggested per class – $5 minimum). Recordings, valid for 14 days, are emailed to everyone within 48 hours after class of unlimited streaming and for personal/ non-commercial use. Schedules are subject to change (dates, times, venues).
