It totally relaxes and puts your physical, mental, and emotional stress to sleep. It’s practiced either lying down or in a comfy chair. No other yoga postures. Scroll down to register now.

Fees are on a sliding scale from a $5 minimum to the amount you can pay. Or preregister and pay for all classes in the month (4 classes in July for $44). This includes all audio downloads for the month enrolled, whether or not you attend. Contact Julie Lusk to pay by check or to get a scholarship to attend at no charge. Sorry, no refunds. All participants are emailed an audio recording of class, whether you attend or not.
