There’s nothing like a gathering of women to renew yourself.  Together, we’ll find out about the feminine approach to the practice, playfulness and passion of yoga for and about women. This is a heart-centered way of being fluid, nurturing, expressive, emotional, and changeable. Come away brimming with fresh energy and feeling clear, courageous and joyful.

It’s a Yoga Slumber Party!  Plan to spend the night at Discovery – whether you live locally or at a distance.  There are comfy rooms that are private, shared and deluxe. Staying overnight will definitely add to your experience.   Here is more info and the housing rates.
