Desktop Yoga revitalizes aching backs, tired eyes, and tight shoulders with effective stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques that can be done from a chair and right at the workstation.  Energy is replenished with a "2-Hour Nap in 10-Minutes."  Julie Lusk, author of Desktop Yoga, will lead the session.
